1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all courses, programs, and services provided by Kintsugi Investing (“KI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or accessing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Kintsugi Investing provides educational content related to investing, including but not limited to:

• Digital courses
• Live classes and webinars
• Coaching sessions
• Supporting materials and resources

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

By enrolling in our courses, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You understand that investing involves risk
• You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions

4. Course Access

Upon successful purchase:

• You will receive immediate access to digital course materials
• Access may include videos, PDFs, recordings, and other proprietary content
• Live class schedules (if applicable) will be communicated separately

Access is granted for your personal, non-transferable use only.

You may not:

• Share login access with others
• Distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials
• Record or redistribute live sessions

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund in cases of misuse.

5. Refund Policy (7-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 7-day refund policy under the following terms:

• The refund period begins from the date of purchase
• This applies regardless of whether you have accessed the course materials or attended any live class
• This applies because digital course access is granted immediately upon purchase
• Failure to access or use the course does not extend or pause the refund period

To request a refund:

• You must submit your request within 7 calendar days of purchase
• All refund requests must be sent to admin@kintsugiinvesting.com
• Requests are considered submitted only upon receipt by our team
• Requests made after this period will not be eligible under any circumstances

Additional conditions:

• No partial refunds will be provided
• Upon refund approval, your access to all course materials and services will be terminated immediately

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Kintsugi Investing, you agree to first contact us at admin@kintsugiinvesting.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

• We reserve the right to submit evidence of:
  
  • Purchase confirmation
  • Access to course materials
  • Your agreement to these Terms & Conditions
• Your access to all current and future services will be immediately revoked
• We reserve the right to deny future purchases or participation in our programs

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by KI is the intellectual property of Kintsugi Investing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Course videos
• Frameworks and methodologies (including FE-15 and related systems)
• Documents, slides, and resources

You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors and other students
• Avoid disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour
• Use community platforms responsibly

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

9. No Guarantees

While we aim to provide high-quality education:

• We do not guarantee any specific financial results
• Past performance or student outcomes do not guarantee future results
• Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, and market conditions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Kintsugi Investing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses
• You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify course content
• Adjust delivery formats or schedules
• Revise these Terms & Conditions at any time

Updates will be reflected on this page with the revised date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
